I am back from Asia and would like to express my compliements about my tour to Tiger Temple. Everything was just perfect, the driver ( Mr. ) was a very good driver and very polight as a person. TheTourist Guide ( Miss ) which joint us 20 km before entering the Tiger Temple was very nice Person, very professional; with a lot of knowledge, with very good english, she was taking care about everything all the time, she was very, very helpfull. I had a feeling that she was reading my whishes from my eyes, I belive I had the best Guide of all participants. She was really taking care about me every minute, she was with me all the time, I received the best possible service - and I believe it is not possible to do it better. I am very greatfull for everything they did for me, for all support which was given to me.

days in the presence of Jackie and Adon and we want to take this

Adon arrived well in front of his appointed time, although we did not

My friend Yiannis Koroneos and I went on one of your tours on the 3rd of February. There was some glitch and for some reason our tour did not register in the system, and as a result we were left sitting waiting for an hour at 5am for a car that never came on the 2nd Feb. Despite this unfortunate event, we managed to still go on our tour the next day and had a wonderful time. I wanted to mention that Susan (Im almost positive this is her name but can't find it on the site) really helped at 5am when we called and Tony got everything moving immediately - we were very happy to be dealing with someone so calm and competent.
I apologize for the delay in sending my email but I have only just returned home after an extensive Asia trip. One of the highlights of this trip was your Tiger Temple tour, not just because of the amazing things that we saw but also our guide, Tik and our driver, Sanpon (I think..) who really made our experience what it was.
Both of them really created the atmosphere needed to excite us at five in the morning to go on a rather long excursion. The driver was calm, polite and gave us a very brief but descriptive outline of what our day would entail. As soon Tik got into the car the excitement started ; he gave us a more detailed description of daily activities and some cultural explanation behind the stories. He had a way of delivering the information so that we were curious and excited at the same time - fantastic.
Obviously the day was amazing, unlike anything that we had experienced before, but also tiring especially on the back of our failed tour from the day before. What really made the trip for us was how comfortable we were with the boys - not only did they ask us constantly if we needed or wanted anything (never to the point of being annoying) but they thought ahead before we had even had time to absorb things and were always there on hand with water bottles or directions to the bathrooms. We were sad to say goodbye at the end and will definitely be requesting the same team next time.

Just a short note to express our thanks for the tour of Kanchanaburi, including elephants & tigers.
We had a really great time, and special thanks to our excellent guide, Jacky, who provided us with great accommodation and meals, and managed to cater for special meals (no onion). We would have loved to spend more time, and learnt some more about Thai culture and a bit more of the language. With Jackys help, we managed to keep smiling and laughing most of the time (except for more solemn times at the Hellfire pass and museums).
We must also mention that Joe was a very good driver.
We will certainly recommend this tour to others, and could even happily think of doing it again ourselves in the future.

Been to a few nightlife spots in Bangkok on previous holidays, but showing us the special hot bars was awesome!
Our tour guide "Aya" was really helpful. She let us choose where and what we wanted to see at any time of the night. Also going with a Thai female was a plus as we didn't get harassed by all the girls/mama-sans as we walked in the bars. She also scrutinized all the bills to make sure we got a fair deal all night.
Totally worth the money and highly recommended!!!

I just wanted to write a review and thank you for all your help in planning our Thailand vacation. Everything was amazing!!! We cant even begin to tell you how much fun we had. Jackie, our tour guide, was amazing!!! He was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a great photographer who captured all our vacation memories. The Kanchanuburi Elephant Camp was so much fun to be Mahoots for the day. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable as well. We learned all the commands to communicate with the elephants which were incredibly smart creatures who are so powerful and yet amazingly graceful! Being able to be so close and personal with, we felt very connected to these gentle giants, it was so surreal.
The next day at the Tiger Temple was just as exciting, being able to sit with the monks at their morning prayer while tiger cubs surrounded us was beyond words. To be able to walk a tiger as if you were walking your dog was such a highlight and then to be able to bathe and feed them...wow! They took the food ever so gently from your hands, you felt like you were feeding a kitten. The most exhilarating moment was when we got to exercise them, it was so exciting to see these big cats play like kittens! They were so playful and so full of energy, we were tired trying to keep up with them!
Our stays in the Floating River Raft Hotels were truly an adventure. We loved the floating barge that takes you up and down the river, that was pretty sweet. We felt we were really experiencing the jungle and all its beauty. As well as, the Erawan Falls were a spectacular sight with seven waterfalls, each one possessing its own unique beauty.
I would highly recommend this tour for anyone going to Thailand and who wants to explore all that it has to offer, a must do!!!

One more thing, we loved our Dinner Cruise on the River in Bangkok. It was the perfect ending to a great excursion, we were able to see the Wat Arun Temple and the Grand Palace all lit up under the night sky. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to your tour company for the tour code TM, and also to our guide Jackie (I hope this is the correct spelling of his name), who was abslutely amazing.
He was extremelly witty and entertaining and his English was very clear. Any questions we had he answered or found out for us from the guides at the Tiger Temple.
He absolutely made our day. He pushed through the crowds to get us a baby tiger to feed before anyone else was able to get in our way, he was always providing bottled water for us throughout the day.
When we were running low on batteries for our cameras he offered to go to the car for us to get our spare, so we didnt miss out on anything happening at the Tiger Temple.
All through the day he made sure we got the best of everything - he is truly a credit to your company.
We did this tour 2 days into our trip and were in Thailand for a total of 3 weeks - I can honestly say that the Tiger Temple was by far our best day.
We got back to our hotel and our other 4 friends were extremelly dissappointed that they hadnt booked in with us, and since we have been back we have been telling our friends/family that if they are going to Thailand they should look up your website.

Our most treasured part of the trip was definitely the 3 day tour to the Tiger Temple (breakfast with the monks), the full day elephant camp and finally the day to Hellfire Pass.
I must recommend this tour to everybody, in fact my son is coming over in Jan 2013 and I am sure he will do the tour also.
Your staff where fantastic, Adoun ( I hope thats the right spelling ) the driver and the one and only Jackie our guide. Between them both we were looked after hand and foot.
The boys would run around after us all days, one taking a video, the other with the camera. In fact it was hard to get it from them if I wanted to take a picture.
The accommodation was also fantastic.
When I have got my pictures together I will send some to you.
So in closing can you please pass on my regards to the boys and please give them heaps of praise as they have done your tour company proud.

We have just arrived home from Thailand, we visited Tiger Temple last Saturday, thanks for organising the trip, the driver was there at 5am he was great as was the guide we picked up on the way. The whole experience was fantastic, the opportunity of being so close with these magnificient animals who are so well looked after. I fed the cubs and bigger tigers, took all sizes for a walk, washed a few, played in the pool with lots and took the big boys and girls for a walk. Played with the cubs alot.

On behalf of the Franklin and Jones families, I would like to thank and congratulate Thailand Tours for a sensational 3 day tour of Hellfire Pass and the Kanchanaburi area attractions. Additionally, I offer thanks to the tour team for the valuable assistance offered when my 16 year old son became ill during the tour. More on that issue below.
Our driver Damrong, (alias Alan) was punctual with the Bangkok pick-up time, drove in a safe manner at all times and demonstrated a unique knack for obtaining the closest and/or most shady location to park the van during stops. By the way, the Limo van was outstanding and wherever we parked other tourists, (and tour drivers) would jealously ogle the leather, aircraft business class interior.
Our giggling guide Naraporn Aofapp, (alias Ahh) is to be congratulated for enhancing our experience as I noted on several occasions when we attended activities in conjunction with rival tour groups, (elephant riding, tiger temple, train ride) she arranged or manipulated preferential treatment for our group.
Unfortunately, on day two my son Jamie developed a high fever during lunch near the Nam Tok railway station. Both Damrong, Aofap (and the staff of the restaurant) displayed considerable concern and assisted in obtaining ice, towels and fans to help reduce his temperature. As his condition deteriorated to vomiting and diarrhea during the afternoon, Damrong and Aofapp insisted that he attend a hospital for treatment. Within 20 minutes a hospital was located and with the assistance of Aofapps translation skills (even though both the doctor and head nurse spoke reasonable English) my son was immediately treated. A blood test, the results of which in Australia normally take 24 hours, was obtained in 7 minutes and subsequently, a course of antibiotics were provided. Treatment cost 140 BTH, (A$5.00). However, the Doctor recommended as a precaution that we obtain overnight accommodation within 5 minutes of the hospital. Again Damrong and Aofapp came to the rescue locating rooms at the pleasant but cost effective Yoko Eco Resort along the banks of the Kwai river. As this diversion to the tour was to be at my cost, I noted that Damrong and Aofapp (without consulting me), shared a room to reduce accommodation costs. By the next morning Jamies condition had stabilised however, he was unable to participate in our last days activities. Many thanks to Damrong for finding shade, frequent clean toilets and providing van air-conditioning during tour stop-overs on our return to Bangkok. Jamie was subsequently attended by an International Doctor arranged by the Grand China Princess Hotel in Bangkok and made a full recovery in Phuket 48 hours later.
I wish to offer my sincere and heart-felt thanks for the invaluable assistance offered by Damrong and Aofapp. Your staff are a credit to Thailand Tours.

It was beyond my expectations as I just cannot imagine how harmonious the monks (and trainers) live together \"paw in hand\" with each other. I and my friends have returned from our Thailand experience and would like to express our thanks to Jackie for a job well done. He was most friendly and helpful on our three day Anzac tour. We all enjoyed it, thoroughly. Our driver also provided us a comfortable trip from Bangkok to Hellfire Pass and other areas, and back to Bangkok.
A note by way of improving the experience for others, the beds at the Yoko resort were very uncomfortable. They were hard.

My wife and I have recently returned from Thailand where we were lucky enough to be a part of your "Breakfast with Monks/Tigers" tour, followed by the elephant ride and wash. I have to say that both parts of the tour went way beyond our expectations and hopes. The Tiger tour was informative, well run, the staff depicted a very obvious love and respect for the tigers, and everyone had the most amazing time. Right from the moment we were picked up and transported to the temple in our own (brand new) car with our own driver and guide to the moment we were dropped off - we were treated as honored guests and friends.
The temple itself is run by staff who are, without exception, passionate about what they do and also very helpful with ensuring everyone has the most out of the day - even taking our cameras to get shots and video of us together.
Following such an incredible morning we were expecting the elephant ride and wash to be nothing more than an addition. How wrong we were - the addition of 'wash the elephant' was so much fun!! The mahout was great fun making the elephant submerge in the river, throwing us into the water and making us swim to get back onto its back before submerging again, and then playing with the elephant and later scrubbing it as it lay on its side.
One thing I'd like to add - and this is something that was very important to us - is your guide Tik. He is an absolute gem!!! He worked so hard for us all day, never letting up for a moment, always with a smile and providing us with information on everything from local customs to every aspect of the tiger temple and anything we wanted to know. No request was too much, and he was throughout the day the most genuinely friendly person that we met in Thailand. The tour itself speaks for itself, but it's that extra part of having Tik as our guide which made the whole day even more incredible. Please pass on our thanks to him again - from Chris and Julie (I'm Welsh, but we're both from Australia now).
This was a day and a tour that neither of us will ever forget and we both thank your company for the most incredible day. We will both DEFINITELY be back for another tour with you and we also advise all our friends to do the same.

On my recent trip to Bangkok I attended The Tiger Temple tour on the 26th March 2012. I feel honoured to have had Tik be my tour guide for that day. I have travelled many parts of the world and been on several tours and not to mention that I was in the travel industry for over 10 years. Tik Is the best tour guide I have ever seen I my professional and personal life. This man went out of his way to make sure that we all enjoyed our tour and was so accommodating to all of our needs. His presence and professional approach is impeccable. It is beyond words the knowledge that this man has of Thailand. He had an answer for every question or query we had, took the most phenomenal photos and went to great measures to capture the best photographs. He held all of our bags and bottles of water when we were interacting with the tigers and always made sure that we were ok. The battery on my Antis camera had run out, Tik had his own camera with him and gave it to her for the day. so she inserted her own memory stick in it until it was time to part at the end of the tour. Without Tik’s camera she would not have any photos of this tour. He was always smiling, well-mannered and caring and always kept us posted with the next activity we will be doing. We always knew on this tour, were we were going, what we will be seeing and doing, how long it will take and what time we will be done.
This man has a true passion for being a Tour Guide and you are very lucky to have an employee like this gentlemen. He is truly a blessing

Pon was a careful smooth driver and a pleasant companion for the early morning start! Tik was a first rate guide for us explaining our day to us and watching over us. Today I visited the Tiger temple in Chanthaburi with my brother and sister. We had an absolutely amazing experience.
Our guide (Nuch) was absolutely excellent and professional. Her spoken english was more than satisfactory with everything explained in full. Our safety and happiness was clearly paramount. We were the first guests to enjoy all the features and activities. We enjoyed the closest seat possible to our beautiful buffet in River Kwai, with a great respect paid to the fallen Diggers and servicemen/women of WWII. Her knowledge of the surrounding area is second to none in my opinion, leaving my guests with a huge smile on their face. Nuch went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed your fantastic tour.
Our driver was very friendly and pleasant, attending to our needs, and the van was exceptionally well appointed and extremely comfortable.
Upon arriving at the temple the staff there explained everything, however there was nothing our guide Nuch had not already covered completely, with a few side points that helped enrich the experience completely. The staff were very attentive with our safety being their paramount priority. They were simply terrific with all of the creatures at the park, even down to the smallest ant.
We were warmly greeted by the monks and treated to a fresh healthy breakfast following the morning prayers. The experience was serene.
Throughout the day we were attended to fully. I HIGHLY recommend getting out of bed early for the morning tour as you have a much more enriched experience and I am confident we would receive the same amazing level of service and professionalism within any of the tours laid out by your company.

Carol and I just had to email you to say THANK YOU so much for helping to make our holiday one that we will never forget. It was totally awesome, fantastic, amazing and just plain excellent!! Apart from your patience and assistance with all our initial emails, you provided us with two wonderfully friendly and happy staff who ensured we wanted for nothing, we were treated like royalty and we could not have wished for a better adventure.
Jacky was informative, helpful, polite, jovial and very caring. From the moment he joined us at the War Cemetery in Kachanaburi, he made sure we were looked after properly and were always content and happy.
Mr Su Chan (not sure of the spelling) was extremely courteous, obliging and also very friendly, from always opening our doors, he ensured we had plenty of cool drinking water and chilled refresher towels, and we never felt uncomfortable with his driving skills either.
We also thank you so much for our unexpected treat of a Dinner River Cruise in Bangkok on the night of our return, there too we were looked after extremely well. With beautiful fireworks bursting into colour on the river bank along the way, this just capped off our night wonderfully.
We have been asked many times since our return home, what was the best part of our holiday in Thailand and without a moment's hesitation our answer is "most definitely our three day elephant/tiger adventure". From the overwhelming emotion we experienced walking around the War Cemetery, the elation of actually riding and swimming with elephants, the thrill of the Death Railway**, the fun at the Safari Park and the sheer awesomeness of being so ?p close and personal' with the tigers and cubs, our holiday could not have been better. To have our lifelong dreams finally realised, is such an absolutely fantastic feeling.
We loved it!!!!!
the Death Railway - being the adventurous, intrepid thrill seekers that Carol and I are, we had a really good laugh when we arrived at the start of the railway as there was a maintenance cart and crew working on it. As our driver had already departed to meet us at the other end of the railway, we had two choices to get passed the cart. We would have to either tip-toe on the edge of the sleepers, clinging to the cart by our fingers or try to climb up and over the cart. Carol and I chose to go around by tip-toe (and not looking down) but poor Jacky was sooo nervous for us he could only manage an anxious climb over the cart. He did a good job but I'm sure his heart was pumping overtime!!

Thailand Tour's day tour at the Tiger Temple is a never-to-be-missed experience. The early-bird start and two-hour boggled-eyed drive out of Bangkok is softened by a luxury car and a driver who keeps off the phone. Thailand Tours' edge is its use of top-quality guides. My guide for the day was Tik: nimble, knowledgeable and smart with a great smile. He got me into the best positions for unbelievable, heart-stopping cuddles with the tiger cubs and front line to see the big cats dive into the lake and have fun. After the morning high jinks the afternoon was time for sober reflection at the OTHER museum (ask) at nearby Kanchanaburi dedicated to the war-time construction by our boys, among many others, of the Thai-Burma railway when they died, half starved, in their thousands. Standing on the bridge over the River Kwai and later reading the desperately sad grave inscriptions to those brave soldiers was certainly an antidote to the morning's levity but I wouldn't have missed it. Have to make a special mention to the guide Tik. He was brilliant, friendly but not too intrusive. I would just like to pass on my best wishes and thanks to our driver and tour guide from the Tiger Temple Tour we did on Thursday 1 Dec 2011. We were picked up from the Holiday Inn Ploenchit in the morning and had a pleasant drive out to Kanchanaburi in a very comfortable van. Our driver (I didn’t capture his name) was excellent at all times kept us informed of our progress. We met our guide (Ricki) in Kanchanaburi who had a great personality and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. He gave us a tour of the town and was well informed on the background of all our locations. Upon arriving at the Tiger Temple Ricki again took great care of us and provided lots of useful information.
I thank both the driver and Ricki for providing us with a great day which will last in our memories for ever. I hope they are both rewarded for the love and passion they both put into their work.

I just wanted to let you know that again the Breakfast with the Tiger Temple Monks tour was great..
Yes we missed out on the breakfast part of the tour because we were running late arriving from Bangkok, but both my parents and myself still enjoyed the morning program with the Tigers very much. It was a dream come true for my mother to be able to feed and play with the Tiger cubs and the Falls are really beautiful.
I would also like to say again a very special thank you to Jackie our tour guide for helping make our day a great experience. During the tour Jackie consistently went out of his way to help all of us in any way he could. I especially appreciated the extra assists he provided to my mother during the tour, helping her up and down stairs and over the uneven walk ways at the falls. That assists really did make a difference to both me and my mother.

Hello there,
My friend, Bob Isle, and myself visited you back in June of this year and it was well worth the effort.
However, it became even more worthwhile when I got back to my little village in Norfolk as I then found out that one of the villagers had worked at Hellfire Pass during those dark days of the war. His name is Stanley Seagar and he would have been amongst the "other ranks" of the Anglian Regiment. He is a little frail these days but he was most interested in my trip and avidly read all the documentation that I had brought back with me. Conversation with Stanley is normally a bit stilted these days but when I brought up my visit, his face lightened up and he made all sorts of comments on his life then, a subject about which he has usually not mentioned. He certainly was not aware that there was in existence such a memorial to those events and it gave him great joy to know that that phase of his life has not faded away into the dim and distant past.
So my trip to Hellfire Pass not only brought much pleasure to Bob & I but, even better, has extended to Stanley who was one who was there at the time!

We went on the Tiger Temple Tour as planned and had what has to be one of the best experiences of our life. Would recommend it to everyone. The concierge at the hotel was most interested as they had received a lot of negative feedback about similar tours (or advertises as Tiger Temple).
The driver and tour guide were fantastic as was the whole day. It really was the highlight of our whole trip and we will definitely be doing it again on our next overseas holiday.

I am finaly writing to express our thanks for a great Anzac Day tour this year.
Our guide Jang was fantastic and went the extra mile for us as 2 of us on the tour got ill and had to go to the Kanchanaburi Hospital.
She was very caring and nothing was too much trouble for her.
We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the accommodation was great. The eco resort, and the fabulous little hotel in Kanchanaburi was a surprise. We normally stay at the 4 and 5 star places but found the little hotel (just like our motels in Aust) great. Our driver was also really great.
I will recommend your tour to anyone wanting to do the same thing.

tom and i just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had on monday despite the mix-up with our departure etc. tik, our tour guide, was the absolute HIGHLIGHT!!! the tigers were great and so were the elephants etc but seriously, what agreat guide he was. he was so enthusiastic about everything he did and had such a great amount of knowledge. he got us to the front of every queue and made sure to explain everything in detail to us. i couldn't believe how well he looked after us and mr. udon (sp?) was also just great... the 2 of them had us in stitches the whole way telling funny stories and chatting away.

My partner and I attended the private Tiger Temple Tour through your company on October 18th.
It was the best experience my partner and I have ever had and I must say it was because one of your Tour guides. That tour guide was Tik.
Tik was amazing. He gave us the best time, he had the greatest amount of knowledge and was an amazing guide. He made the experience that much better and we wouldnt have enjoyed ourselves so much.I commend you on hiring such a great guide. I have never met someone with so much passion and knowledge who was also so caring. I would have paid twice the amount to have Tik as my guide.

I thought I would let you know that all six in our family really enjoyed our Hellfire Pass tour last week. Apart from the small glitch with pickup everything went smoothly. I just want to thank you for an amazing day, doing the tour "breakfast with the monks". Your tour guide was fantastic and it was a most memorabl day!! I certainly will be telling my friends and acquaintances to do this tour as a MUST THING TO DO!! when in thailand.
I plan to return again to thailand at the end of December. I usually fly in on the 28th, and once more i will be staying at the Amari Watergate. I am hoping when the time gets closer, once again i can organise this trip with you, (paying on the day). My son and his friend may be accompanying me on this trip and the three of us will be doing it, however, if their plans change, i will want to do this trip myself.

I just wanted to thank you very much for arranging our Tiger Temple tour earlier this month.
We had such an amazing day it was the highlight of our holiday. Our driver and tour guide where both extremely helpful. I can't remember the name of our guide but she was absolutely brilliant she took our camera and took loads of great pictures of us through out the day so we now have some excellent pictures to remind us of the day.
We are planning to come back again next September with my Mum and step Dad so will be in touch next year.

our tour which we booked with you for our trip to Thailand in October.
Both guide and driver were very professional.
We can't even begin to tell you what an overwhelming experience it was to be at the Tiger Temple
and to have the opportunity to bottle feed the tiger cubs, as well as the magical moments at the end of the
day when the complex feeds all the Temple animals.
We have memories which will truly last a lifetime!
Needless to say, we are the envy of all our friends back here in the States!
