For lunch you have Two options Blue Pumpkin for western food $8.50 set or Local restaurant
with $5 set menu. Both are excellent you can just talk to you guide about your meal prefrences

There are plenty of ATM's machines in Siem Reap they will pay out in US dollars
Please make sure you have the correct visa to return to Thailand. If not a Visa on arrival will be issued for 15 days only.
